Need to Return a product
To return a product at
Whitfield Vents,
you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. This can be done by contacting our service department

NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Nature of the problem
In general, Whitfield Vents (at our option)
accepts returns on stock (not custom designed or special sized*)
uninstalled vents within
30
days for a cash refund. However, Whitfield Vents reserves
the right to authorize product returns on installed vents beyond
30 days from the invoice date. IF the
product is accepted for return after 30 days, credit will be
issued toward future product purchases.
*Note: Newly
purchased uninstalled custom designed/sized vents usually
cannot be exchanged or returned. Please double check
your dimensions; let us walk you through the measuring process
if needed.
